The article highlights the concerns of real estate sector and its expectations from the Union Budget 2016. A quote from Mr. Pawan Jasuja in the real estate weekly by The Tribune reads, “India needs a strong revolution in real estate industry where the govt. has challenge to create win-win situation for developers, buyers, brokers and infrastructure. The brokers should get a permanent registration number on all India basis to do business and at the same time be responsible for the deal between the two. The govt. should bring special slab system in loan and tax for developers and buyers both who are willing to construct affordable housing and buy those homes respectively.”
