The rates for the same properties have now gone up to as much as INR 2500 per square feet benefitting homebuyers who invested in time. In year 2013, Sare Homes also announced its residential project near NH 24 which now has a rate of INR 3000 per square feet. People are also investing in Crossing Republik, first township project of NH 24. Mr. Pawan Jasuja commented that in forthcoming times, NH 24 will be home to many more townships and project launches.
